1. Accepting these terms
Artisan View (the "app") is developed and maintained by R Castro Silva Consultoria em Tecnologia Ltda., doing business as Rafacst Consultoria (CNPJ 66.424.919/0001-10) ("we", "us", "Artisan View"). By downloading, installing, or using the app, creating an account on this website, or purchasing a plan on this website, you agree to these Terms of use and our Privacy policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app or purchase a plan.
2. What Artisan View is
Artisan View is a production-management app for soap makers and handmade cosmetics businesses, available for iPhone, iPad, Mac, and Windows. It helps you organize formulas, batches, inventory, sales, and costs. The app is a management tool: production, pricing, tax, and regulatory-compliance decisions—including whether a product is regulated as soap, a cosmetic, or a drug; applicable FDA or CPSC requirements; labeling; ingredient declarations; and MoCRA obligations—remain your responsibility.
3. App Store terms
The app is distributed through the App Store, and your use is also subject to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the "Standard EULA"). This applies to all users, including people who purchase a plan on this website, because the app is still downloaded through the App Store. If these Terms conflict with Apple's EULA regarding the app license, the EULA controls. Apple is not a party to these Terms and is not responsible for the app or its content; however, Apple is a third-party beneficiary and may enforce these Terms. Apple is not a party to purchases made on this website and has no responsibility for them.
4. License to use the app
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app on your Apple devices under these terms. You may not resell, sublicense, distribute, decompile, or reverse-engineer the app except where applicable law expressly permits it.
5. Plans and prices
Artisan View offers three payment options, all with full access to the same paid features. The price depends on where you buy, because the App Store charges a fee on each sale and direct web purchases do not carry that store fee:
- Monthly: $3.90 per month on the website, $4.90 per month on the App Store.
- Yearly: $39.90 per year on the website, $49.90 per year on the App Store.
- Lifetime: $79.90 on the website, $89.90 on the App Store. One-time payment, with future updates included.
Prices are in U.S. dollars (USD). The final amount, currency, and any applicable taxes are shown at checkout before you confirm. Monthly and yearly subscriptions include 7 days free before the first charge. Lifetime access does not include a free period. We may change prices for new purchases. A lifetime purchase you already made is never affected, and existing subscribers keep their current price unless they explicitly consent to a change as required by the billing provider.
6. Where you buy and who sells it
There are two purchase channels, and billing, cancellation, and refund rules differ depending on where you paid. Always check which channel you used.
- App Store purchase (inside the app): Apple processes the payment, and the charge appears on your Apple Account. App Store rules apply.
- Purchase on this website (at artisanview.app/en/pricing): the seller is R Castro Silva Consultoria em Tecnologia Ltda. — Rafacst Consultoria — (CNPJ 66.424.919/0001-10). Payment is processed by RevenueCat Web Billing, which uses Stripe as its payment processor. The charge appears on your card statement. We do not receive or store your card details.
A purchase on this website requires an Artisan View account (section 12). After payment, we send the purchase confirmation to your account email address, and a summary of your plan is available in My account.
7. 7-day free period and automatic renewal
Monthly and yearly subscriptions start with 7 days free. Your first charge occurs only after that period ends. If you cancel during those 7 days, you are not charged.
After the 7-day free period, monthly and yearly subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle until you cancel. Lifetime access is a one-time payment and does not renew.
- Bought through the App Store: renewal is charged within the 24 hours before the current period ends, and you must cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the period.
- Bought on this website: renewal is charged on your plan's renewal date. Cancel at any time before that date to avoid being charged for the next billing cycle.
8. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time, without a cancellation fee or having to give a reason. In either purchase channel, access continues through the end of the period you have already paid for, and there is no further charge after that.
- Bought through the App Store: cancel through your Apple Account under Settings › Subscriptions.
- Bought on this website: go to My account and use "Manage subscription". This opens the subscription portal, where you can cancel or change your payment card. If you cannot access the portal, email [email protected] and we will cancel it for you.
Lifetime access does not need to be canceled because it does not create recurring charges.
9. Refunds
Which rules apply depends on the channel you bought through, because the seller of record is different in each.
- Bought through the App Store: Apple processed the transaction. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com, and Apple's App Store refund policy applies. We do not process payments or refunds for App Store purchases.
- Bought on this website: email [email protected] from the address on your account. We answer within two business days. Where a refund is due, we return the amount to the original payment method; how long the credit takes to appear then depends on your bank or card issuer.
You can cancel at any time whether or not a refund applies (section 8). Except where the law requires otherwise, including the right of withdrawal in section 10, we do not refund billing periods you have already used.
10. Right of withdrawal (EU and EEA consumers)
If you are a consumer resident in the European Union or the European Economic Area, you have 14 days from the day the contract is concluded to withdraw from a purchase made on this website, without giving a reason.
How to withdraw. Use the withdrawal form at artisanview.app/en/withdrawal, which sends the notice and leaves you a dated copy of it on screen. You may instead send any other unequivocal statement to [email protected], including the model form below. To meet the deadline it is enough that you send the notice before the 14 days end.
What happens then. We refund all payments received from you for the withdrawn contract without undue delay, and no later than 14 days from the day we are informed. We use the same means of payment you paid with, and the refund costs you nothing.
If the service has already started. Artisan View unlocks as soon as the purchase completes. If you asked us to begin supplying the service during the 14 days and then withdraw, you owe an amount proportionate to what was supplied up to that moment. If you expressly requested that supply begin and acknowledged that you would lose the right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed, the right ends at that point.

Bought through the App Store: Apple is the seller of record for that transaction, so a withdrawal or refund request goes to Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
11. How to unlock the app after buying on this website
A purchase made on this website is linked to your Artisan View account, not your Apple Account. To unlock the app:
- Download Artisan View on your iPhone, iPad, Mac, or Windows.
- Open the app and sign in with the same account you used to purchase on this website (the same email address, or the same Google or Apple sign-in).
- Access is unlocked automatically on all your devices linked to that account.
If you sign in to the app with a different account from the one used for the purchase, your plan will not appear. Sign out and sign back in with the correct account, or email [email protected].
12. Your Artisan View account
To purchase on this website, you create an account with an email address and password or sign in with Google or Apple. You must verify your email address before subscribing. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity on your account; let us know if you suspect unauthorized use.
You can request deletion of your account at any time by emailing [email protected]. Cancel your subscription first, or ask us to cancel it as part of the request. Deleting your account does not delete production data stored on your device and in your iCloud, which remains under your control, and does not affect transaction or tax records we are legally required to keep.
13. Your data and responsibilities
You own the data you enter into the app (formulas, recipes, batches, inventory records, and sales) and agree to use the app lawfully and enter accurate information. As described in the Privacy policy, your production data stays on your devices and in your private iCloud. Keep backups (for example, by keeping iCloud enabled): we cannot access this data and cannot recover it for you.
14. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the app for unlawful purposes, interfere with its operation or purchases, attempt to access areas or data without authorization, or violate third-party rights. The app is a management tool and does not replace official documents, including tax, health, or regulatory records.
15. Third-party services
The app and this website rely on services with their own terms and policies:
- Apple — App Store, iCloud/CloudKit, and purchases made inside the app.
- RevenueCat — verification and management of purchase or subscription status across both purchase channels, plus Web Billing checkout on this website.
- Stripe — payment processing for purchases made on this website.
- Firebase Authentication (Google) — sign-in and Artisan View accounts on this website.
- TelemetryDeck — anonymous usage analytics inside the app.
- Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager — audience measurement on this website.
Your use of these services is also subject to the respective providers' terms. How each provider processes data is described in the Privacy policy.
16. Accuracy and availability
We work to keep the app reliable and its calculations accurate, but it is provided as a management aid and does not replace accounting, legal, tax, or regulatory advice. You are responsible for checking costs, prices, tax obligations, and compliance before making decisions. We may release updates and change or discontinue features.
17. Disclaimer of warranties
The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
18. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, and subject to any consumer rights that cannot legally be waived, we are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or loss of data arising from the use of or inability to use the app. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
19. Intellectual property
The app, the "Artisan View" name, logo, design, and code are our property and are protected by law. These terms do not transfer any rights in the brand or software beyond the license described above. Your data and your recipes remain yours.
20. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms to reflect changes to the app, the law, or billing. If a change is material, we will notify you in the app or on this website. Continuing to use the service after an update means you accept the revised terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
21. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Artisan View is sold by R Castro Silva Consultoria em Tecnologia Ltda., a company established in Brazil; there is no United States or other foreign entity behind this sale. Any dispute arising from these terms or from a purchase is resolved under Brazilian law.
