Right of withdrawal

Withdraw from a purchase.

If you are a consumer in the EU or the EEA, you generally have 14 days from the day the contract is concluded to withdraw from an eligible distance contract, without giving a reason. Use this form to send that notice. Any other unequivocal statement works too, as long as it reaches us within the period.

Section 10 of the Terms of use sets out this right in full, including the refund deadline and what happens when the service has already started at your request. Using this form takes away no other remedy you may have.

It is on the receipt emailed to you after the purchase.

By sending this form I give notice that I withdraw from my contract for the supply of the service identified above.
